Las Vegas, often dubbed “Sin City,” is a vibrant metropolis known for its dazzling lights, extravagant casinos, and endless entertainment options. Located in the heart of the Nevada desert, this city offers a unique blend of luxury, excitement, and the unexpected.
This is exactly what I would do if I had to go on a long weekend, as a couple or for a girls weekend.

What to Do in Las Vegas for a Weekend

Las Vegas itinerary for a long Weekend
Day 1: Arrival and Exploration
• Welcome to Las Vegas: Start your weekend by visiting the iconic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign located at the southern end of the Strip. This is a must-see photo opportunity for any visitor.
• Dinner: After checking into your hotel, head to Tacos El Pastor for some delicious tacos. This spot is known for its quick service and tasty options, perfect after a long journey.
• Stroll the Strip: Walk along Las Vegas Boulevard (the Strip) to take in the vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy street performances, bright lights, and unique hotel themes as you make your way towards The Bellagio.
• Fountains of Bellagio: Catch the mesmerizing fountain show at The Bellagio, which features water dancing to music and lights. Shows run every 15-30 minutes.
• Nightlife: If you’re up for it, explore one of the many nightclubs such as Hakkasan or XS. Many clubs offer free entry for ladies on certain nights, so check ahead. Not sure of what to wear? Start here.
Day 2: Adventure and Relaxation
• Morning Spa Day: Start your day with relaxation at one of Las Vegas’s luxurious spas. For example, Caesars Palace offers access to their extensive amenities when you book a treatment.
• Pool Party: After your spa experience, enjoy some day drinking at one of the popular day clubs like Wet Republic or Encore Beach Club. These venues typically open around 11 AM and fill up quickly.
• Dinner and Bellagio Fountains Again: Grab dinner at Hyde at The Bellagio for stunning views of the fountain show while enjoying cocktails and appetizers.
Day 3: Sightseeing and Fremont Street
• Brunch: Sleep in a bit before heading out for brunch at Mon Ami Gabi, where you can enjoy French cuisine with a view of the Strip.
