Work from Home outfit Essentials

1| Elevated Loungewear pieces that look smart

Elevated loungewear are loungewear pieces that combine comfort with sophistication, allowing you to feel relaxed while maintaining a polished appearance during video calls or virtual meetings. The trick is to look for pieces that are made from high-quality fabrics and have tailored silhouettes to achieve this smart yet comfortable aesthetic.

2| Knitwear

A textured jumper is a versatile and stylish option for a work-from-home outfit. It can be dressed up or down and offers a cozy yet professional look. You can pair it with a collared shirt for a more formal appearance, or wear it over a simple t-shirt for a casual vibe. The key is to choose a high-quality knitwear vest that fits well and complements your personal style.

If you are someone who doesn’t enjoy layering like me, I recently found this detachable fake collar you can wear underneath your jumper to create the look of a shirt.

3| Relaxed Outerwear

The relaxed blazer is one of my favourites! It’s comfy (soft fabrics!), stylish (instantly elevates your look!), and versatile (pairs with jeans, dresses, skirts). Throw it on over a tee and you’re ready for an important business video call.

4| Athleisure leggings

Athleisure combines athletic wear with leisurewear, creating comfortable yet stylish outfits suitable for working from home. While most athleisure blouses may look too sporty for video calls, the leggings, to me, are a must have.

5| Soft T-shirt dress

A soft t-shirt dress is an effortless yet chic option for a work-from-home outfit. It offers comfort and ease of movement while maintaining a put-together look. Pair it with a necklace or layer a cardigan or Blazer to create different styles suitable for meetings of various importance.

6| Cute tops for video meetings

A detailed blouse adds sophistication to your work-from-home wardrobe, especially when you have video meetings or virtual presentations scheduled. Look for blouses with interesting patterns, textures, or embellishments to make a statement while remaining professional.

7| Comfy Lounge Bottoms

These comfy bottoms are perfect for the days you dress up your top half for formal camera meetings but still want to remain comfortable.

8. Comfy Slides

Last on the list super comfy shoes. I love these two so much and always have them on. My hydrated feet is happy.
